Who is Pete?
Pete is the pelican at the center of For Pete’s Sake®—a symbol of instinct, independence and moving through the world on your own terms. The name comes from a phrase founder Andrew Kligier grew up hearing from his grandmother Jean.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship throughout the United States, Canada and internationally. Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather or other circumstances outside our control.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Allow a little time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving the notification.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, fit, color or personal preference. Please review product descriptions, measurements and sizing information carefully before ordering.
What happens if my order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Email info@fxpxs.com within 15 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the original packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement when available or issue a refund to the original payment method. Do not send anything back without receiving authorization first.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders begin processing quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Contact info@fxpxs.com as soon as possible after ordering, and we will do our best to help before the order ships.
How do I choose the right size?
Review the sizing information provided on the product page before ordering. Because all sales are final, compare the listed measurements with a garment you already own and like the fit of.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout and may include major credit cards, digital wallets, PayPal and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its approved payment providers. For Pete’s Sake® does not directly store your complete credit-card information.
