Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, fit, color or personal preference. Please review all product descriptions, measurements and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email info@fxpxs.com within 15 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Clear photos of the original packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement when available or issue a refund to your original payment method. Please do not return any item without contacting us and receiving authorization first.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the issue resulted from an error on our end. When an approved return is required because an item was damaged, defective or incorrect, For Pete’s Sake will provide return instructions.

Claims submitted more than 15 days after delivery may not be accepted.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided under applicable consumer law.
